Help with online training: 1-800-627-3025
Some people have reported having difficulties using
their MyScouting Accounts. Issues include problems
due to newer/older versions of Internet Explorer,
finishing Youth Protection Training and being booted
out before a certificate can be printed, yellow dots
not changing to green at the completion of a module,
completed training not showing up on the Council
Records, etc., etc., etc.
-
Make certain that your BSA ID# is entered into your
MyScouting Profile and that all your other
information (ie. name, address, etc.) is correct.
Your Profile is accessible by clicking on the "MyProfile:
Update MyProfile" on the left-hand side of the
webpage once you log in to your account. It's at
the top of the list. Go here and check all
information.
-
If you encounter any further problems with your
MyScouting account, please DO NOT contact me or
anyone up at Council.
Instead
contact Chris at the MyScouting Help Desk. Just
dial 1-800-672-3025, Mon.-Fri., 7:00a-7:00p.
They are well aware of all of the problems and are
fully qualified to resolve your issues. They are
the only ones that can help you. Again, please
contact them directly.
