Time: 11am – 3pm

Den(s): Wolf Den 1

The Den(s) responsible for the day must provide the baked goods for the day.  You can bake them together as a pack or ask for each boy to bake them at home and get them to you for the table at the start of the bakes sale that day.

Also the Den(s) responsible for the day must get boys and their parents to man the table.  We decided we would do one hours shifts with two boys and their parents at each shift.  Those dens that are sharing a day need to coordinate coverage between their dens accordingly – maybe you could each get one boy from you den to cover each shift that way together you’d have two.  Whatever works for you.

Things to make:

Cookies, cupcakes, trail mix (in bags), muffins, etc. . .

I will bring a cooler of water and juice boxes each day and a table and lock box for the money.  Please bring lawn chairs if you would like to sit.

Selena/Mike - How do you want me to handle getting the juice and water.  Should I do it out of pocket and then get reimbursed later?  Also how much do you think I should get?

Any questions, please let me know.  This is our first time attempting this and there are bound to be bumps in the road.  Please be patient with me while we're learning! :)

Lauren
