Military Care Package: One of our scout's Dad is currently serving our country overseas. We would like to send him a care package that he can share with his fellow comrades. At the December pack meeting (12/14/07) we will have a donation box out to collect items for these men and women. Here are some ideas of what they would need/like:
- Newspapers
- Magazines
- CD's (really needed)
- DVD's (really needed)
- toiletries type stuff (soap, toothbrushes,
toothpaste, wipes, toilet paper, etc.)
- snacks (they have to be ones that will last and
are wrapped. No PORK!)
- playing cards
That is what they really need, but, ANYTHING from
home is much appreciated!
